What happens next?
you contacted me (Netty) and we talked about the services you need, I
will send you an e-mail with all forms that need to be filled out in
order to take care of your pet(s).
If you would like to book us for Pet Services, we'll set up a free "Meet & Greet"
(30 min.), where 1 - 3 of us come to your house, meet your pet(s) and
you show us everything we need to know to take care of your pet(s). A
Meet & Greet is usually set up 1 - 2 weeks before we are scheduled
for our first visit with your pet(s). That way your pet(s) will remember
who we are. At the Meet & Greet we will collect our forms filled
out by you.
We are currently transitioning from having multiple of our client's keys on file, to keeping your keys on site with a lock box or anything else you feel comfortable.
The benefits of doing it that way would be:
Your key will never leave your home.
With short notice service requests we are more likely to fit your visit in our schedule, if we don't have to drive across town to collect the key from our office.
We also won't have to drive around collecting any keys in the event of an emergency within our team.
You are in control of the location of the lock box, as well as the code, and can change it any time you like.
After I get your pet(s) booked you will receive an Invoice
(only for Pet Sitting) with the dates and approximate times we booked your pet(s).
You then have to review the Invoice to make sure everything is correct.
You will receive a Confirmation of each your booked Pet Sitting Services or Dog Walks with the actual time and pet sitter that is visiting your pets 3 days in advance via e-mail. If you don't receive a Confirmation, chances are your pets aren't booked. Please call or text 303-941-7417 to make sure your pet(s) is getting a visit.
For new clients I offer one time to pay us 50% of the total fee due on the first day of Services, and the other 50% 5 days after the last day of Services.
Dog Walk fees are due the day of Service. Any packages need to
be prepaid or are due at the first visit. Existing client's payments are
due in full on the first day of Service.
When you come home after a trip, you must call or text me at 303-941-7417, to let me know you are back at home and your
pet(s) are taken care of.
